Cancellation And Refund Policies

All cancellations made before the 2nd day of each program start date will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations after the 2nd day of each program start date will not receive a refund. If an attendee has an injury prior to the start of a camp and a medical note can be produced a full refund will be given minus the processing fee. All policies are subject to change. No refunds will be given due to a class being cancelled due to inclement weather.


Coerver Coaching Minnesota reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of numbers. In such a case, a full refund or credit for future sessions will be given. These policies apply to the Winter, Spring and Summer Clinics, but NOT the Coerver Crush Residential Camps.


Only one discount can be used per one player’s registration. Early bird and Sibling Discounts are only applicable to siblings within the same program. Team discounts apply to groups of 10 or more. To claim a team discount a team or group manager must e-mail the name of the group and the participants of the group, PRIOR to registering at a discounted rate. Coerver Residential Camp


Cancellations before June 1st will receive a 50% credit/voucher back on to their Coerver Playmetrics account. Cancellations after June 1st will receive no refund.  In case of a player injury prior to camp, please call or email us.
